McDonald's in Rheine

Very good.

Seldom go to McDonalds, but until now I've been disappointed by this branch every time. The ordering system is also not customer-friendly if you want to pay in cash. Unfortunately I won't be ordering anything there anytime soon. Pity!

There is always something missing in the McDrive .... I prefer to go to Salzbergen or Steinfurt.

Catastrophe. Waited 15 minutes for a hamburger and a small coffee. Even if it was noon and many students had just ordered - it doesn't work at all. Staff completely overwhelmed, there is only one with an overview of the issue, the rest of them run haphazardly around like a frightened pile of chickens.

No food on site without a mobile phone. The customer is required to have a mobile phone with internet, camera and QR scanner and to have a QR code wg. Scan Corona. Since I didn't have my cell phone with me, I had to leave the snack bar and eat somewhere else, where you could fill out a normal slip of paper, as you are used to. I think it's outrageous that customers expect such technical requirements. What do people do who don't have a Hany or just have an old cell phone? Another issue is data protection. I don't want my data to be processed by McDonald on the Internet ...

Very friendly and they even have paper straws. Walking distance from the train station. Everything very modern.

Unfriendly and incompetent staff in the drive-in. There was a lot wrong with the order. The staff should maybe go back to school so that you get the right one.

The star is only because it has to. I was recently on the North Sea. There were sheep on the dike. If you had put them behind the counter it would have been much more organized. But there is no difference between them anyway. Burger Cold and easy to drink. Friendliness is also not the strong point of the staff. Everyone probably only had to sing and clap at school.

Fresh and tasty. All in all a clean store. Only with larger orders something was missing or was wrong. Hope you can get it under control.

I was told that I can't order Bacon Egg with Coupon because it's not breakfast time anymore. So I walked to the machine, ordered there myself. "Wir haben keinen Bacon Egg", Hmmm, can't argue with that.

This is a cosy place. What I like about it the most is its outdoor facility with aesthetic looks. Quite spacious for such a city of Rheine and a good quality of food. Rest you know better about Mc ?
